EF( Electricity Fractionation) Technology
Hematocrit level affects the reading of glucose level, but the usual glucose monitoring system cannot resist the effect, therefore the EF technology is developed to resist the influence of Hematocrit level in blood sample and improve the accuracy.
How does the EF( Electricity Fractionation) Technology works?
Step 1: Meters generate positive & negative electrode on the pin of the strips
Step 2: Blood cells are attracted by positive electrode and separated from plasma
Step 3: Calculate hematocrit different between plasma and blood cell group
Step 4: Compensate glucose level based on the hematocrit different 2 groups
